Miguel de Arcos serves as managing director of Central FL for Sperry Van Ness Florida Commercial Real Estate Advisors. SVN specializes in the sale and leasing of all commercial property types with an emphasis on distressed assets and bank representation.The SVN Florida team’s local market knowledge and proven regional track record continue to contribute to the long term success of their clients.
The SVN Florida team’s office is based in Lake Mary, FL. SVN operates on an entrepreneurial approach and world class tools and systems to focus on emerging commercial submarkets while retaining the dexterity to move with the ebbs and flows of the current real estate market. SVN’s extensive work with banks and our Asset Recovery Team have made them an industry leader in bank representation.

He also resides on the Board of Directors for Safehouse of Seminole; the Rescue Outreach Mission and is an active member of the Rotary Club of Lake Mary.
Perhaps most rewarding is being the coach of his sons’ Little League baseball team. de Arcos graduated Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.
